About Me

Grounded, collaborative therapy rooted in connection, insight, and meaningful change.

LEARN MORE

Therapy is not about “fixing” who you are, but understanding your experiences with greater clarity, compassion, and intention.

HOW I WORK

My work is grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, while recognizing that therapy is never one-size-fits-all. I draw from cognitive behavioural, insight-oriented, mindfulness-based, and client-centred therapies, tailoring the process to your unique needs, experiences, and goals.

I work collaboratively with you to understand what feels most helpful, supporting both insight and meaningful change. I believe therapy works best when there is a genuine therapeutic connection — one built on trust, respect, curiosity, and collaboration.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC #2359) and have over a decade of experience supporting adults with a range of emotional, psychological, and cognitive concerns.

I completed my Master's and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in Neuropsychology, at Simon Fraser University, and completed my residency through Vancouver Coastal Health.

My background includes both neuropsychological assessment and therapeutic work with adults from diverse backgrounds. I also have experience supporting individuals navigating concussions, head injuries, and cognitive changes, which informs a thoughtful and integrative approach to care.

OUTSIDE OF MY WORK

Outside of my work, I value time in nature, especially near the water, as well as creativity, reflection, and meaningful connection. I believe deeply in the importance of self-care and living in a way that feels aligned, and these values naturally inform how I show up in my work.

You don't have to navigate this alone.

Let's take the next step forward—together.
