About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of www.valerysramko.ca (the "Site"), operated by Valery Sramko ("we", "us", or "our"). The Site provides information about our psychology practice and ways to contact us and access booking and payment services.
By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. These terms govern website use and related administrative functions. Psychological services are also subject to separate informed consent documents and client agreements. If there is a conflict concerning clinical care, those documents govern, subject to applicable law and professional obligations.
Using the site
You may use the Site for lawful personal purposes, including learning about our services and contacting the practice.
You must not misuse contact forms, impersonate another person, submit information you know to be false, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Site's operation. You must not collect personal information about others through the Site or reproduce its content commercially without permission.
Please provide accurate information when contacting us or booking. Avoid sending sensitive health information through general website forms or ordinary email; contact us for an appropriate method of sharing it.
Our services
Valery Sramko provides psychological services as described on the Site. Service availability and suitability are determined individually and confirmed by the practice. Viewing the Site, sending an inquiry, or requesting an appointment does not, by itself, establish a psychologist-client relationship or guarantee acceptance as a client.
Before services begin, we will address the nature of the services, informed consent, fees, confidentiality and its limits, and other applicable client policies. Eligibility for services, including any services delivered remotely, is subject to applicable professional and jurisdictional requirements.
The Site, booking platform, contact forms, and email are not emergency services and are not monitored continuously. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Accounts and payments
We use Owl Practice for bookings and payments. Access its services through the practice's booking link or instructions. Your use of Owl Practice is also subject to its applicable terms and privacy policy.
If you create a client portal account, keep your login details confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Provide accurate contact and billing information.
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Fees, payment arrangements, and any cancellation, missed appointment, or refund policies will be disclosed during booking or intake. Any applicable charges must be communicated before you agree to them; these website terms do not establish a cancellation fee or refund policy.
You are responsible for fees agreed to with the practice. Insurance reimbursement depends on your insurer and coverage and is not guaranteed. If a booking or payment error occurs, contact us so we can help resolve it.
Intellectual property
The Site's text, graphics, logos, design, and other materials are owned by Valery Sramko or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, or print publicly available materials for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain copyright notices and do not misrepresent the materials or their source. Any other reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, unless permitted by law.
